As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with George Meeker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
